ROSHN, Saudi Arabia’s national community developer and fully owned company by the Public Investment Fund, recently hosted a road show to attract investment partners, developers, contractors and suppliers, at the Ritz Hotel -Carlton from Riyadh. The ROSHN management team is made up of representatives of the 300 largest companies specializing in the construction and property development sectors.
The ROSHN Partnership Roadshow aims to help provide buying opportunities for private sector investors, developers, entrepreneurs and suppliers in the development of the vast communities that ROSHN is developing in various regions of the Kingdom. This roadshow also stems from ROSHN’s desire to support investment partners in multiple areas. One of the objectives of ROSHN is to contribute to the gross domestic product, to support national companies and to offer exceptional investment opportunities to partners.
The event highlighted ROSHN’s role and the contribution of its activities as a significant national real estate developer, while showcasing the communities it is developing as part of a long-term plan across the Kingdom. This is in addition to the presentation of business standards and requirements and investment opportunities that will provide opportunities to attract sectors and companies.
